After the summer hiatus, we met for our September meeting at the West Islip Library. Tina Mattimore and Mary Miller conducted a “Summer Leftovers” workshop, challenging members to cut what was left in our gardens to make an arrangement. There was a wonderful assortment of greens, branches, flowers and berries for all to share. It was great fun and there were even clever prizes awarded at the end of the meeting.

Spending the day in my art room is one of my favorite things - working with paints, ink, collage, fabric, making sketchbooks and journals, sewing. Otherwise, I'm traveling, rummaging at flea markets, at the beach or playing tennis. Thanks for having a look at my blog and feel free to leave a comment! View all posts by Jane Milligan Arbeiter
